The following charts are based on all of the sales in Mount Terrace over the past 2 years.  In 2021, a total of 5 properties closed (blue), 4 were still for sale at the end of the year (green) and 1 did not sell (red).  Units were selling at a rate of .4/month with a supply of 9.6 months of inventory.  The odds of selling were 50%.

In 2022, we have had 10 closings (blue), 1 currently under contract (orange), 2 currently for sale (green) and 3 that did not sell (red).  Units are selling at a rate of 1/month and there is 2 months of inventory available.  The odds of selling have risen up to 69%

In 2022, The average sales price was $896,300.  The average Days Before Closing is 72 Days, which is down 1 day from an average of 73 days in 2021. 

In 2022, we can see that the 80% of the closings occurred between February and July.

It is projected that in the next 90 days, 5 new units will come on the market and two units will close
